Not know for certain which of these second orange and yellow labeled versions with big BYG Buddha were released first. The version credited to 'David Allen's Gong' may be the earlier one as this is how the band were generally known and publicised in the early days. (early 1970s, around 1971-72):
Cover : framed Daevid Allen photo on cover, and 'Actuel' logo on top right.
Sleeve : Gatefold sleeve laminated outside (not inside). "Distribution Discodis" written on inside gatefold.
Disc labels : orange/yellow, with a large buddha logo, and SACEM copyright. Only "MAGICK BROTHER" written on labels. NOT Daevid Allen's Gong.

Above is the correct tracklist, as it is on the disc. The tracklist is wrong in the inside liner notes and on disc label for side A : 7 titles are listed, but there are actually only 5 bands on the disc (see pictures). The wrong tracklist is :
